I have decided not to eat take aways, and start cooking proper meals. I can cook, but I can't always be bothered.... I'll put my thoughts here, feel free to comment!

Not been on here in a while...
Tom is in the kitchen making my Beef Stiffado recipe....
He reminds me of a young Tom Kerridge... but he's making it his own......
